Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you invite Adjudicator, use its dashboard or purchase a subscription.

Adjudicator provides Discord moderation, automation, logging and community-management tools. The dashboard is optional: authorised server managers may configure the same service through Discord, the website, or both.
2. Your authority and account
You must comply with Discord's terms and be permitted to manage every server you connect. Dashboard access is limited to server owners and members with Discord's Manage Server or Administrator permission. You are responsible for your Discord account and for reviewing the access held by your staff.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Adjudicator to break the law, harass people, distribute malicious material, evade platform safeguards, overload the service, probe other communities, or make automated decisions that unlawfully discriminate against people. You remain responsible for moderation rules and actions in your server.
4. Paid plans
Pro and Premium are recurring monthly subscriptions for one Discord server. The price, included features and renewal interval are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment. You can change or cancel an active plan from Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but Discord, hosting providers and maintenance can interrupt it. Features may change when necessary for security, reliability or platform compatibility. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
6. Suspension and termination
You may remove the bot or stop using the dashboard at any time. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users, comply with law or respond to a serious breach of these terms.
7. Responsibility
Adjudicator assists human moderators; it does not replace their judgement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our failure to provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
